Refund Policy

If at any point during your service you are not-satisfied please inform the service provider immediately. Also communicate any discomfort, pain or uncomfortability with your therapist immediately to discuss a resolution.

Therapist-canceled appointments: If we have to cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund.

Completed services are final and non-refundable. 

• Exceptions: We may make exceptions for extenuating circumstances, on a case-by-case basis.
