Arrival/check-in
Please arrive 10 mins early to prepare for your massage and to update any questions or answers needed. If it is your first visit please arrive at least 15 mins early in order to to fill out any intake and health history forms for the therapist before your service.
Is there parking?
Yes! A parking lot for customers is directly behind the studio at 2607 1st Ave S. The parking spots for Yess Yoga customers (including you!) are labeled 1-5 and 9-12 (highlighted in orange on the picture below).
If you are parking in the lot, please sign in your car at the front desk.
Free on-street parking on 26th and 1st Ave is also available.
Please note that the small parking lot directly next to the studio is reserved for studio employees only.*
What if the therapist cancels my appointment?
If we have to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Although a valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment, payment can be made in full via cash, Venmo or credit card used during online booking process after service is rendered.

Is tipping expected?
Tipping is never expected but always appreciated. Accepted forms of tips are cash or Venmo.

What is your COVID policy?
We take the utmost care in following hygienic standards, using PPE equipment, and cleaning protocol to mitigate risk. Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. We take standard precautions for all client care for COVID following CDC guidelines.
Upon arrival a screening questionnaire will need to be filled out prior to receiving treatment. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If cancellation occurs within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
Your hours don't work for me :( What can I do?
While our hours are consistent on a weekly cadence, we may be able to accommodate other times. It is never guaranteed that we can commit to and adjusted request, but feel free to send a personalized message and we will do our best to work around availabilities.
Do you sell gift cards?
We are in the process of enabling gift card sales, but do not have it set up yet! Keep your eye out in the near future for the opportunity to purchase gift cards for yourself or friends and family.
