No Show

Clients must provide a valid credit card to book a service.

No-shows are subject to the full session price.

Late Policy

If you are running late, please notify your therapist as soon as possible. Arriving late may result in a shortened session. You will still be responsible for the full cost of the original appointment.

Arriving later than 15 mins. could result in rescheduling and subject to the late cancel fee.

Late Cancel

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Failure to do so will result in a fee 50% of the session cost.

Refund Policy

If at any point during your service you are not-satisfied please inform the service provider immediately. Also communicate any discomfort, pain or uncomfortableness with your therapist immediately to discuss a resolution.

Completed services are final and non-refundable.

Therapist-canceled appointments: If we have to cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund.

Zero Tolerance

In maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for clients and practitioner, sexual harassment and assault by either party will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes any sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, sexual jokes or any other verbal, non-verbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment. Any and all of this behavior is not tolerated. The client and practitioner are expected to have a professional and respectful relationship.
